The comedienne first started performing comedy in Houston, Texas, in 1986. As she progressed, she began working clubs in New York City, Los Angeles and Washington, D.C., and toured the rest of the country with her “Down and Dirty” tour in 1999. As a stand-up comedian, Vidale has also appeared on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing” and TV Guide Network’s “Standup in Stilletos.”
As an actress, Vidale starred in her own BET sitcom, “Thea,” and appeared on “Ellen,” “The Wayans Bros,” “The Drew Carey Show” and “My Wife and Kids.” Professional wrestling fans may also remember Vidale in her role as Shelton Benjamin’s mother in WWE programming.--17 years & over.
